1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NestHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
NestHub is a family dashboard application that allows families to manage shared calendars, grocery lists, expense tracking, children profiles, and pet profiles. The Service is provided free of charge and is offered "as is" without any guarantees of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
3. User Accounts
To use NestHub, you must create an account using a valid email address or a Google account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others.
- Notify us immediately at nesthub.support@gmail.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Family Data
You are responsible for all data you enter into NestHub, including information about family members, children, and pets. By entering information about other individuals (including children), you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian, or that you have their explicit consent to enter their information into the Service.
You agree not to enter false, misleading, or defamatory information about any person.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use NestHub to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
6. Google Calendar Integration
NestHub offers an optional integration with Google Calendar. By connecting your Google account, you authorize NestHub to:
- Read events from your primary Google Calendar and display them in NestHub.
- Create, update, and delete events in your primary Google Calendar on your behalf.
You can revoke this authorization at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page and removing NestHub's access. Revoking access will disable calendar sync but will not affect data already saved within NestHub.
7. Intellectual Property
The NestHub name, logo, design, and source code are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.
The content and data you enter into NestHub (your family's events, grocery lists, etc.) remain yours. We do not claim ownership over your data.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of NestHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, as the Service is free, is zero).
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of NestHub after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
